“Oocyte Donor“
The Package covers the following services:
- Presentation of a healthy egg donor candidate from the La Vita Nova database for the participation in the IVF program. An egg donor should be chosen by Customers/Customer, basing on personal and individual preferences. Should an egg donor fail to take part in the IVF program through any reason or fail to produce oocytes, the La Vita Nova clinic would offer another candidate for the Customer’s choice FREE OF CHARGE!
- Preparation of an oocyte donor for the IVF program in conformity with the requirements set forth by the Health Ministry of Ukraine and reproductive clinic. The medical examination package does not cover any extended genetic testing of an oocyte donor.
- Synchronization of Customer’s and oocyte donor’s menstrual cycles.
- Comprehensive medical control and stimulation of an oocyte donor, involving the use of essential high-quality hormonal medicines for retrieval of oocytes. The whole procedure of stimulation of donor’s superovulation is run UNDER CLOSE MEDICAL CONTROL! All relevant injections should be made AT THE CLINIC ONLY! US-scan monitoring of the growth and maturation of follicles, as well as control over hormonal levels, using special blood tests.
- Egg puncture operation, retrieval of oocytes, their fertilization with Customer’s spermatozoa, cultivation of embryos under laboratory conditions, transfer of embryo/embryos to the Customer, vitrification of all unused embryos and their storage during the period of 3 months.
- Payment of fees to the oocyte donor for her involvement in the IVF program.

DESCRIPTION OF WHOLE PROCEDURE
Our administrator will keep in touch with you to inform you of each next step in the program, till the day of retrieval of mature follicles. You will receive all the records of US-monitoring of follicle growth, along with all other relevant medical documents.
No unauthorized use of stimulating hormonal drugs by the donor is permitted. All proper injections should be made at the clinic under control of the doctor-in-charge.
We conduct US-monitoring of follicle growth rate, including essential blood testing for levels of hormones.
We follow up each visit of an egg donor to our clinic. Besides, we can see the woman in her place.
